The following irrevocable resolution regarding the claim by the Sealand Trade Corporation against the Deutsche Telekom AG (DTAG) and assistance to the victims of the inundations in Germany, Austria and the Czech Republic in August 2002 is given:

Based on the justified claim by the Sealand Trade Corporation against the Deutsche Telekom AG (DATG) of at this time Euro 467'320'777.20 (in words: Euro fourhundredandsixtysevenmillion threehundredandtwentythousand sevenhundredandseventyseven 20/100) plus interest of 5% above the actual base rate of the European Central Bank, respectively the Deutsche Bundesbank according to the DFÜ, the Government of the Principality of Sealand will when successful (action against the Deutsche Telekom AG in the US or settlements from composition proceedings) pass on 50% of the funds thus received to the Sealand Business Club to use as donations to the victims of the inundations in Germany, Austria and the Czech Republic.

These funds may be handed out exclusivly to private persons and owners of small businesses according to a key yet to be established. The Sealand Businesss Club is asked to inform the governments, towns and communes in the respective countries (Germany, Austria and the Czech Republic) of this plan.
