Season’s Greetings for 2006

The Government of the Principality of Sealand, the Government Commission Vrilia and the International Sealand Business Club would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to all who truly were and are interested in Sealand for their trust, their fidelity and their patience. As the large number of hits on our website shows us, Sealand and its concerns enjoys an ever-increasing popularity, discernible by the number of downloads of our articles that aim at inspiring the critical reader to his or her personal view of political and societal development. As you are well aware we are forever concerned to have the politically mature citizens, independent of extraction or creed.

Concerning the Vril Energy and the Sealand Generator, for which in the past year astounding new quality standards have been achieved, we have successfully advanced along a very promising path. In the first quarter of 2006 we will compile the next experience report covering the new values. – Parallel to this development we have conceived an adjustable Sealand Staff; its prototypes should be ready in the first quarter of 2006 and then be made available to everyone for testing.

By the way: Have you read in the media that the online encyclopaedia ‘Wikepedia’ a short while ago has passed an anonymous scientific quality test by the internationally renowned publication ‘Nature’ with flying colours? – And under http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vril with a search for ‘Vril Seiger’ you will find the entry “Vril today – Today the self-proclaimed government-in-exile of Sealand under Johannes W. F. Seiger promotes Vril free energy and also has started linking to Vril disc aircraft and history. This gives some weight to allegations, that the Seiger group has contact to Neo-Nazi, especially the self-proclaimed Reichsregierung.” – This text is not available on the corresponding German site. – Why not?

Unfortunately there are less pleasant events to report as well. At the beginning of 2005 there was an assassination attempt aimed at the Prime Minister of the Principality of SEALAND that – thankfully – was not successful. A monstrosity. And from the Ministries of the Interior and of Justice of Brandenburg the answer came: “There is no public interest in this prosecution.“ To deflect events like this assassination attempt, but also targeted character assassination and the repeated attempts to certify the Prime Minister as mentally ill in order to still a free spirit costs Sealand much power and time.

Generally the Federal German authorities find it very difficult to accept publicly the recognition of the Principality of Sealand under international law. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Federal Republic of Germany for example addresses the Government of the Principality of Sealand correctly, yet the same authority corresponding with other departments calls Sealand a “figment of imagination”. In this way the ongoing conflict concerning diplomatic immunity and an alleged misappropriation of titles that has ended several times in first-rate acquittals according to §170 section 2, is tying up our resources through second-class jurisprudence.

But now a more realistic assessment of the Principality of Sealand and the German Reich that promises to generally and officially accept all these facts seems to take hold. We have comprehensively informed the highest Federal Authorities, the European Union and the U.S. of A. of these recent developments. 1975

Preliminary Remark

Sealand is an island in the southern part of the North Sea, Latitude 51-53 North, Longitude 01-28 East. The PRINCIPALITY OF SEALAND was founded in 1967 and founded as a sovereign state. The Sovereign of the PRINCIPALITY OF SEALAND H. H. Prince Roy of SEALAND has proclaimed in 1975 a fundamental law to his state. Based on this constitution several laws became legal. The knowledge of present laws is fundamentally important for national and international relations.

This first publication of the gathered statutes gives also information of special laws, but they do not cancel the British Law of Contract and the British Common Law on which the law of the PRINCIPALITY OF SEALAND is a modern state of justice.

The Constitution 1975

In consciousness of his responsibility before God and before man, and inspired by the will to serve the cause of Peace for his People and for all peoples in the world, the sovereign ruler of the PRINCIPALITY OF SEALAND, His Majesty Prince Roy of SEALAND, for himself and for his successors to the throne, by virtue of his constitutional authority resolves, swears and proclaims:

§ 1.

§ 1.1. The dignity of man is unimpeachable. To respect and preserve this dignity is the duty of all national authority.

§ 1.2. The Sovereign and his people acknowledge the inviolable and inalienable rights of man as the basis of every human community, of freedom and of justice in the world, and recognise that these rights are in complete accord with the General Declaration of Human Rights as already defined by other States on December l0th, 1948.

§ 1.3. The following rights are binding on the Sovereign, his successors, the legislature, the executive authority and the administration of justice, as immediately effective law.

§ 2.

§ 2.1. Everyone has the right to the free development of his or her personality, as far as this does not infringe upon the rights of others.

§ 2.2. Everyone has the right to life and physical safety. The freedom of the person is unassailable and may be restricted only by law.

§ 3. All men are equal before the law. No one may suffer prejudice because of his or her sex, descent, race, language, native land and extraction, his or her faith or religious convictions.

On the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the ending of acts of war in the Second World War the Government of the Principality of SEALAND is addressing all responsible citizens of any nationality or religion requesting them to look thouroughly, with historical responsibility but without prejudice, into the causes and reasons for the terrible events before, during and after the First and the Second World Wars.

In addition to the plethora of published but often contradictory information the Government of the Principality of SEALAND offers the following additions:

Exclusive Responsibility: Quotes made by political persons formerly inimcal to Germany that may – in addition to the written word – open a different view of the so-called “Alleinschuld” (exclusive responsibility) by the Geman people for the First and the Second World Wars.

The Government of the Principality of SEALAND would like to state and emphasise that

1. … all atrocities that have been perpetrated before, during and after the First and the Second World Wars within itsd reaches or in a wider context shall be effectively, fiercly and ccontinuously condemned, irrespective of who ever commited or caused them,

2. … sie sich zur uneingeschränkten und vorurteilsfreien Information und Reflexion als Recht und Pflicht jedes mündigen Bürgers in einer freiheitlichen Gesellschaft bekennt und diese mit allen ihren Mitteln unterstützt,

3. … the Principality of SEALAND is a free and sovereign state which is tied neither to the UN nor to the international finacial systems. More than 50 states of this world have recognised the Principality of SEALAND as a state, including the Federal Republic of Germany (visa in the diplomatic passport of the Prime Minister, vz. Vienna Convention about diplomatic relations, §40). The FRG in turn is not a sovereign state as long as it is subject to occupational law (Letter by the Federal Ministry of Justice of March 29, 2004). Only a comprehensive peace treaty with all parties concerned can change that. As partners for a such a peace treaty and for the ongoing and peaceful continuity of the House of Europe only representatives of the German (not the Third) Reich are legitimised. (Verdict by the Federal Constitutional Court of July 31, 1973)

4. … on European soil people of all creeds and all cultures were and are welcome, as long as they respecct the European cultures and laws, refrain from all missionary activities and recognise Human Rights as superior to personal religion, which is important especially for Jews and Muslims.

The Government of the Principality of SEALAND wishes all readers, friends as well as critics, that they soon reach a free and truthful verdict concerning the events of the First and Second World War in order to contribute to a critical review of the past that is past-due.

1871 saw the publication of The Coming Race by the English Rosicrucian, member of the House of Lords and minister of the state Edward Bulwer Lord Lytton, who personally knew one of the leading occultists of his epoch, Eliphas Levi. In this novel a young American somehow is led ever deeper into chasms in the earth until he reaches a subterranean realm in which live tall and highly educated people who had mastered a mysterious power they called “VRIL “, the vital energy of the shooting grain that anyone could concentrate through his or her so-called VRIL Staff and individually apply both healingly as well as destructively. Thought transfer and telekinesis were also possible, but VRIL could also serve as a weapon.

With a further contribution the EDITORIAL DEPARTMENT OF SEALAND would like to inspire you personally to judge certain occurrences from the Second World War. Again one recognises that the war was also directly aimed at German civil-ians, not just against the forces of the governing national socialists. Let us remind you here of Lord Vansittart, the chief political advisor to Winston Churchill, who in September 1940 in a letter to the British Foreign Minister Lord Halifax wrote; "The enemy is the German Reich, and not Nazism." Vansittart advocated, fully his master's voice - the complete annihilation of the German Reich, because "it is a curse that for 75 years has weighed heavily on the world".

The following article sheds light on the meticulous preparations in the USA for the destruction of German population centres. - Where does the motivation for such inhumanity stem from?

Observations concerning the EU Warrant of Arrest

The first impression gained from the discussion concerning the EU Warrant of Arrest may have been positive: Finally serious felonies - trafficking in drugs and humans, child pornography etc. - can be pursued across borders to limit possible damage quickly and unbureaucratically. But upon closer inspection this EU Warrant of Arrest is utterly alarming: It can hit all and sundry! In this Sealand Letter we want to point out the dangers of potential abuse of the EU Warrant of Arrest!

In the protocol of the Session of the (German) Federal Diet of March 11, 2004, we read:

Siegfried Kauder, CDU: "Not everything coming from Brussels is good. What issues from Brussels concerning the EU Warrant of Arrest is not good. In this, all factions of the House are in agreement." - Which, however, did not dissuade the factions of the House from accepting said EU Warrant of Arrest unanimously! Strange, despite the unanimous opinion! Why?

In order to destroy the representatives of the Principality of Sealand in Germany economically, criminal methods have been staged in so-called “insolvency proceedings” against the Sealand Handelsgesellschaft mbH and are implemented by insider arrangements. In connection with this our legal department has found 98 (ninety-eight!) procedural errors and legal infringements by the public offices and the insolvency administrator officially appointed by them.

Dies scheint eine fixe Idee zu sein; bei den Juden ist sie erblich. Den Nichtjuden soll durch unablässige Propaganda das Vorurteil eingepreßt werden, daß jede Schrift, die nicht von der Zuckersüße gegenüber allem Jüdischen trieft, auf Vorurteil und Haß beruht.» (S. 73)
