I move that

the complaint by Johannes Wilhelm Franz Seiger against the decision by the Higher Regional Court Hamm of April 24, 2007 – 4 Ss 167/07 – be disallowed as inadmissible.

According to § 304, paragraph 4, sentence 2, HS 1 StPO a complaint against decisions and directives by Higher Regional Courts are basically inadmissible. The law only allows exceptions for certain decisions in the context of offences involving state security (§ 304, paragraph 4, sentence 2, HS 2 StPO). The present case is not such an exception.
