Re:
Obligations from the Friendship and Consular Treaty
Concerning Property of the State German Reich and Looted Works of Art
Excellency
Dear Prime Minister Mr. Johannes Wilhelm Franz Seiger
the Commissary Government of the Reich,
legally and lawfully represented by the Commissary Chancellor of the Reich, Mr. Wolfgang Gerhard Günter Ebel, who since May 8, 1985, as wanted and authorised by the USA, is legally employed and called up for essential service in public office by the State German Reich,
that the Commissary Government has been informed of the discovery of the two pictures and that the Sealand Trade Corporation has been appointed to store these two pictures safely.
To avoid any discrepancies,
the Sealand Trade Corporation has to store in a safe place,
until the Reichstag will be elected generally and secretly under the auspices and the control of the United Nations,
in conjunction with the continuing US High Commissionership in Germany,
under which the Commissary Government German Reich acts until the Peace Treaty between the victorious powers of the Second World War and the working State German Reich,
all the finds unearthed, including looted works of art.
With highest regards
Commissary Government German Reich
The Commissary Chancellor of the Reich
