we charge interest on the accrued arrears of Euro 498'509'582.20 (Euro: four hundred and ninety-eight million, five hundred and nine thousand, five hundred and eighty-two 20/100) of 5% above the actual bankrate of the European Central Bank, respectively of the German Federal Bank, in accordance with the DFÜ (lending rate law) or its resultant rules.
