Ratification Charter
The present “Friendship and Consular Treaty”, signed on December 31, 1998, in conjunction with the attached Protocol of January 19, 1999, is, in agreement between the German Reich and the Principality of Sealand, ratified on this day in three originals, deposited at the Court of Law of the United Nations at The Hague, and published in the Reich’s Legal Journal.
