Protocol about the Exchange of the Ratification Charter of the Friendship and Consular Treaty between the Principality of Sealand and the German Reich
On March 19, 1999, in accordance with the SHAEF Legislator USA, in the presence of the Plenipotentiary for the German Reich, Mr. Wolfgang G. G. Ebel, and the Secretary of State, Mr. Christian Samter, representing the German Reich, and the Prime Minister and Chairman of the Privy Council of the Principality of Sealand, Mr. Johannes F. W. Seiger, and the Minister for Science and Technology, Prof. Dr. Ing. Joachim Leuschner, the Ratification Charters of the “Friendship and Consular Treaty between the Principality of Sealand and the State German Reich” were exchanged at Great Berlin.
The Treaty and the Ratification Charter by the German Reich will be deposited at the Court of Law of the United Nations at The Hague and published in the Memorandum of the Principality of Sealand.
