Protocol about the Ratification of the Friendship and Consular Treaty between the State German Reich and the Principality of Sealand

In accordance with the “SHAEF Legislation of the USA”,

concerning “International Law” installed for all victorious forces of the Second World War under Article I §1 of the “SHAEF Law No. 52”, on occasion of the seizure of the State “German Reich” by the USA on September 19, 1944,

in agreement between the “SHAEF Legislator USA” and the “Commissary Government German Reich” subject to the guidance, control and jurisdiction of the USA on one hand and the sovereign “Principality of Sealand” on the other hand,

based upon the “SHAEF Proclamation No. 1”, the SHAEF Laws Nos. 1 to 4, Nos. 53, 76, 77 and 191 of the USA still in force for the State “German Reich”, in connection with the legal directives of the “Agreement for the Regulation of Certain Questions Concerning Berlin” of September 25, 1990, (BGBl. II P. 1274) applicable to the “Commissary Government German Reich”, the “Texts of the Bonn Treaties” of March 31, 1955 (BGBl. II P. 303) and the existing “Reich Constitution” voted for by the “German People” in free elections on August 19, 1919 (RGBl. P. 1383), in the amended version ratified by the “SHAEF Legislator USA” on January 19, 1996 (RGBl. I 1997 P. 26),

the “Commissary Government German Reich” in its session of January 7, 1999,
chaired by the “Plenipotentiary for the German Reich”,

has agreed to ratify the “Friendship and Consular Treaty” signed on December 31, 1998 between the “Plenipotentiary of the German Reich” as legal representative for the “Commissary Government German Reich” on one hand and the “Prime Minister of the Principality of Sealand” as the legal representative for the “Principality of Sealand” on the other hand,

subject to the continuing “Right of Caveat of the SHAEF Legislator USA” according to Article II of the “SHAEF Proclamation No. 1”.
