on December 13, 2000, the Third Chamber of the Administrative Court Potsdam with Judge Vondenhof as correspondent decided:

1. The plaint is deemed withdrawn, since despite asked by the court to do so on September 4, 2000, the plaintiff has not taken action for more than three months. § 92, par. 2 sentences 1 and 4 of the Administrative Court Regulations (VwGO).
    
   The proceedings are abandoned (§92, par. 3 sentence 1 VwGO).
    
   The plaintiff carries the costs of the proceedings, there are no court charges (§ 155 par. 2 VwGO, No. 2110 of the amendment 1 to § 11 par. 1 GKG).

This decision is incontestable (§ 92 par. 3 sentence 2, 158 par. 2 VwGO).
