Here we will present for our members explosive documents, once their classification has been changed by the Sealand Privy Council.

Order No. 21/63 by the MfS of the GDR Abt. 15 plus interrogation protocol – concerning H. D. Genscher
This is a secret order to the border troops of the GDR, dated on February 22, 1963

Publication will only be made after consultation with the FDP party steering committee.

The decision will be made on March 14, 2003.
Now published in the German section on April 2nd, 2003

The original documents are in the possession of the Principality of Sealand and are not in Germany.
To assist a judicial assessment, for instance as evidence, a method for accessing them will be created.
